In short: Would it be OK to attempt to winch a rear wheel back into alignment? Would I potentially do more harm than good here?

The backstory: In about a year and 7k miles, both rear rubbers are down to the wear indicators. I didn't do any favors by neglecting the rear in this time too. Both bearing nuts could be loosened by hand, and I put 300 miles or so on it with a bent control rod.

Alignment guys couldn't take measurements but could visually see a slight toe out. My calibrated board looks like 1.8-ish degrees out.

Guessing a bent housing but I can't tell by looking at it.

id look at your control arms, i had a bent one causing all kinds of wander and misalignment

when i got it out you could just see the bend

**derp i see scott posted to look at them too ***

The drivers side is at 0 degree toe. I recently replaced the driver side lower arm.

Anyways knowing this should I still take off all the uppers and lowers, match them up, and inspect?
