Rear Diff Housing Cover (1 Viewer)

1993 Landcruiser
Rear diff housing cover is damaged and needs to be replaced. Cant seem to find a part number or replacement? Anyone know? Aftermarket?

Tech explained the gasket was previously replaced, but bolts were over torqued and the diff cover was damaged. Figured I purchase a new one and replace with gasket, but cant find one.

That's a semi float rear housing. The full float does not have a removable rear cover. It's supposed to have a cork gasket, not FIPG.
The rear cover is 42109-60070. About $30 still available.
The gasket is 42183-35010. About $5.
Rear studs are 90116-10076.
Washers 94512-01000
Nuts 94110-41000

Surprised that over-torquing could damage that cover.

Agree, not convinced either. May just replace gasket, and go from there.

Take it apart, clean it up and see what you’ve got. My money is on new studs, nuts and a gasket.

That explains it in Aus we didn't get 80 series with semi float, all ff.
