Greetings,

I know that there are already a lot of posts on this, but they all seem to be focused on making your own. And I am a terrible carpenter and am looking for another solution after failing miserably in my own manufacture.

I am looking to purchase a equipment storage compartment that fits in the back of my FJ62 and has drawers that slide out. One that isn't too high so I can still put a carpet down and fit my dog on top, and that is strong enough that I can pile gear. Does anyone have a recommendation for buying instead of making my own out of wood?

Also, I would like to find a cheap way to store fuel/water on the back bumper, and possibly a swing out tire carrier too. The ones I have seen seem to start at around 1400 dollars and I'm looking for something that is a LOT cheaper. Does anyone have any solutions?

Thank you as always for any help you can give me.

I got a link i will dig it up for you....for the tool box that is.

I have one half built that I'm not sure I like the design of. It's strong and not too high, made out of wood and has not been covered with carpet yet. If you are near Los Angeles I might consider giving it to you for free and restarting. I made it as one big slide out drawer and I don't like that concept and I want to remake it with 2 seperate drawers. pm me if interested.

Thank you guys! Those look fantastic! If I bought the cheaper plastic one, how strong do you think it would be?

Also, any other great advice for storing fuel and water in cans? Even if it was just one?
