Rear bumper swivel bearing dohickey thingy

Got my hinge kit in,going with 2x4x3/16. Think that will be thick enough? Only going to mount the spare,33x12.5. no cooler carrier or anything else.

3/16 will be plenty thick.
That is what I used on my 62, and had a 35 BFG mt with 2 10 gal jerry cans and SLAMMED that rear bumper through the Rubicon numerous times. It got to be somewhat funny after a while.
