real time help, wont start

my 1994 fzj 80 with 175000 miles will not start.
the battery has twelve volts
when i turn the key all i hear is a click, the engine is not turning over

It's about 35 bucks worth of parts and the starter has to come out on the bench to install them. The most difficult part is removing the starter.

Bang the carp out of the starter, you'll get a few more starts I bet, enough to go get some contacts anyway.
