I've posted this request before and I've done the search and went through the FSM's with no luck.

I'm looking for some torque values for a couple of different items

1. EGR Pipe: The two nuts that attach the flange of the EGR pipe to the bottom of exhaust manifold.

2.Intake Manifold: The three bolts on the top and the two on the bottom that mate the Intake to the Exhaust manifold.

3. EGR Cooler:There are two bolts here. They attach the cooler to the side of the engine.

Thanks for any help!

If you can't find specific torque spec's for bolts then look in the back of the manual for the general bolt specs. These should be fine. different size (diameter) and strength bolts get different torque...

Great thanks....is there one back there for nuts too?

Thanks

Sorry, no. Assuming you have the correct nut/bolt combo, I would expect the nut would get tightened to the same torque as indicated by the bolt/stud.
