I think I’m going to replace my fuel pump and EFI relay for good measure. I’m not sure how often they fail but mine got close to 300k so good insurance.
 
good job on figuring it out and closing out the thread. It'll help others i'm sure.
 
If the EFI fuse blows again you have more troubleshooting to do. On my 94 a intermittent short in the wiring harness to the 02 sensor would blow the EFI fuse and I would be stopped in my tracks.

I believe some folks have had their O2 sensor wires got ripped from the connector, wrapped around the front DS which caused a short and blew the EFI fuse.

I removed the PAIR on mine and relocated the O2 sensors up top so should be ok but I’ll check the harness in that area. I know the harness protection is a bit worn so could have an issue.
