Reading General Stan McChrystal's book "My Share of the Task"

Hard staying into it.

Ill bring the Outpost back Chris. It's a must read.

This is really an important read. All the Afghanistan books I have read mainly focus on Special Operations troops doing big things.

This one is like Restrepo. Straight leg grunts and their stories. These were some crap conditions.

The final fight is unreal. Medals of Honor, Silver Stars.... Crazy fighting

"Crap conditions" is putting it politely.

Fearless- about Seal team 6 operator Adam Brown
Most touching book I've read, amazing story of his faith, faults, and strength of valor.
Really shows how much each seal made their own difference while serving.

You are supposed to be brown chicken brown cowing. Quit reading and start bumping.

5 soldiers died partrolling trying to find that dude. It's a shame.

and how the hell did the White house accomplish this transaction of 5 relatively high up bad guys for one POS Soldier so quickly before Military channels could say no or refute that he was actually MIA? He was NOT MIA he fxxxing left his post.

Same here. Couldn't put it down. Just finished it in one sitting...so much for tomorrow being productive. Great read.
