I would not use those seats. They may look good but I bet the quality sucks. You can get same style seat from Corbeau for around the same price each. Just search around. Plus Corbeau is a brand name and I'm sure they have a great warrenty.

I actually have been using the JC Whitney Mastercraft rip offs in the link above for two years now and really like them. It looks like they raised the price from when I got them with free shipping but they are not a POS seat. When I was shopping for seats you could not touch a Mastercraft, Corbeau, or any other name brand seat for even near the price.

I find the seats to be comfy with plenty of support and they have held up to two seasons of wheeling. They fit well with a Tuffy box between them in my 40 very well. They are not a "bolt in" affair, you will need to fab some mounts to make them work. I will dig up a picture in a min.

Texas hot rods has Corbeau seat for as cheap as I could find. $169 for blk/blk, $10 shipping, and if you google THR Coupons you can find a 5% off code. Just got mine delivered for $340 or so. FYI

Any seat can be made to fit. The only bolt-in brackets I know of are from Corbeau. They do offer a driver and passenger bracket. Now if those bolt to the floor or the original seat frame, I don't know. I just spent a few hours fabbing up a seat mount for my seats. Not hard if you have the tools, but since you asked if they'd bolt up I'll assume you don't have what you'll need. Whatever you do, don't just bolt them through the floor. Make sure they will stay put in an accident, say t-boned at 50mph. Seat frames, roll cages, seatbelt mounts, suspension, etc.... nothing you want to mess with unless you know what you are doing.

I am looking to put in a full roll cage from Metal Tech and mounting the seats to it like the ones shown in the picture above. I will do a little more research on the Corbeau seats before I make a final purchase. My FJ is a 73. Will the gas tank be an issue if I have to lower the seats a little?

i did the blue one took out the tank. the seats sat to high for me felt like i was looking over the windshield. could not lower them with the tank in. happier now
