Random For Sale/Wanted to include CL, Ebay, etc

An 18% buyers premium is pretty stiff. Plus another 7.25% tax.

If you are bidding make sure to consider adding 25.25% to what you are bidding. When I am interested in something at auction I do the buyers premium and tax calculations ahead of time. So if my limit is $100.00 on an item I'll bid $75.00

Lots of great deals at auctions. Lots of beat up old tools too, I've bought a few....

It amazes me of all the random s*** listed in the auction…chainsaws and stuff.

Stuff like that used to be good pawn shop money. Great to pilfer from a neighbor, relative, open garage, etc but the cheap Chinese goods flooded the market. Hard to bishonest these days.

All kidding aside, it's pretty interesting how much random stuff gets accumulated.

A friend in Raleigh has this arb bumper for sale. New in box. No taxes. No shipping. $900. Contact me and i will give you his number.

Is $16k market rate for a decent stock 80 now? Assuming not 3x locked.

I'm considering buying this whole truck if the owner won't sell me just the bumpers - would anyone be interested in the rest of it? It does have a title

I think this guy was an ONSC member at one time. That cruiser looks very familiar.

That has almost got to be @jrmudder92 old cruiser

Although not sure why you would buy it for $4500 for just the bumpers. The sliders would be the only thing really worth any money on there maybe $500. A broken 3fe is worth nothing, I couldn't give away two A440 trans last year even though one only had about 80k on it. SF rear isn't worth much of anything. The HP front 3rd could fetch a few hundo to the mini truck folks. Tires are most likely old but who knows.
IMHO you would be much better off just buying brand new bumpers and save yourself the trouble of pulling a broken truck apart to sell and junk to try and break even.

It was originally 2500 obo... He just raised the price and messaged me back saying he had some interest in the whole thing after I offered to buy just the bumpers. A 4x4 labs rear bumper kitted out like that is something like 2500+freight. Idea was to buy it for 2000, keep the rear bumper, sell the front for 6-700 and get whatever I could out of the rest.

$2500 would be a good deal
