I may be upgrading to a 9140 from my 7015 soon. Enjoy

Stupid Question: What are they?? And I'm glad you're getting them, whatever the are.

Anyone know anything about Kelly Safari TSR's? Saw some today on a truck and they looked pretty good.

You can generally get all the info you need e.g. O.D., width, load rating etc. from the manufacturer. Just spend a wee bit of time surf'n the web.

had a leaking powersteering hose...big hose from resevoir. Toyota only sells the complete kit for around $600....but LexTech found another option for me and it works perfect and only required replacing the bad hose...not the entire assembly. Will post it up on build thread once I get details.

Please do. Just noticed mine has a minor leak from the same spot. Had no idea it was a $600 fix from Toyota.

I have outgrown the rustoleum gloss...after some rust buildup, I will use rattle can bedliner for the TJM...that texture looks awesome, hope it is durable though

When I installed my front bumper I visited a local automotive paint shop. I wanted to repaint the frame rails that I had just ground to bare metal. The shop manager recommended the following.

2-3 coats of aerosol Self Etching Primer (Dupont) $14
2-3 coats of gloss aerosol Enamel which was mixed in house. $16

I found that even once dried on existing bolts, I was able to wrench on them without removing the paint.

^^ It helps to have good balance. Start slow and just try and find you local printer.;)

Which rear springs do I need?????

I currently am running the Slee medium lift with Diff drop, etc. I just ordered a BOIR rear bumper setup that should be here the 2nd week in April. With the medium lift and factory rear bumper, the rig looks perfect running around town. But every time I load up for a trip it sags in the rear.... I know perfect solution for air bags. But, now that I am getting the BOIR rear I think I should go ahead and change out the rear springs. I dont have a drawer system yet.... Still cant decide if I really need one or not. But, I do have a 50L NL fridge, plus recovery gear, etc......

Which rear coils do I want to put in? Thanks!

Kinda tech, more like camping gear though....easy food prep now!

Picture's pretty self explanatory.

I knew you'd ask. I should've gone and taken a picture without the wood in there. Nothing truck related.

Even with the wood in there, I think thats the cleanest (read: most empty) I've ever seen your truck. The board turned out good though, and nobody noticed the little white shavings still stuck in the cracks of the driveway lol.

Busy Friday? Still gotta adjust my t-bars, never got around to it bc of the trade show. The next few days for me are crazy busy, gotta save it for the weekend.

Busy Friday?

Depends on the weather about 75miles west of here. ;) Either way I can bring some jackstands and floor jack over for ya to use.

LJ, removing the wood was easy, I just opened the hatch and took it out.

Dude, loose the wood! :)

So I'm not an idiot first of all. I had an infiniti ex35 before my cruiser that had HOMELINK and i programmed it just fine to open the gate for my parking garage. My roommate just bought a 200 series and programmed his homelink for the gate in like 5 seconds. After deleting all three buttons by holding the outside two for 20 seconds until the flashes, I still cannot get mine programmed.

Any suggestions? Holding the button I want to program (or any of them for that matter) and holding my remote clicker close to it while pushing both buttons does not work.

I called on new tires today and was told by Discount that BFG is phasing out the load range D 8 ply ATKO and will only offer the 10 ply E rated tire. Guess there's been some issues with pickups and SUVs that spec the E rated tires and then have problems when an unknowing shop puts on D's.

SO that means, no more winter rating for the BFGs? I remember when I was buying 285/75/16 ATKOs the D had the special winter rating and the E didnt.
