Has anyone raised their front power seats yet. I was looking to see if i could use to just longer bolts and some sort of spacer to get an extra inch or so. Open to any ideas but i will wasnt sure if it caused a problem with the power mechanism or anything.
Thanks, Brandon

There is another thread from yesterday that talks about being able to extend the travel back 2", and it raises the front edge slightly, which in turn allows the seat mech to clear the floorboard where it normally hits and stops...

Carolina, i did read the post on movine the seat back some but as you can tell from this thread, i am looking to raise myself up, meaning i am not exactly 6'5''. Thanks for your reply...im really looking for just an easy quick fix.

a similar design would work....a spacer/longer bolt in back and a 2 pieces of flat steel in front....

There does seem to be a fair amount of adjustability with the stock power for raising the front and rear seat edges...

please make sure that you use some reaallly strong bolts (not some crap from home despot), as this is an area that you would not want to see a failure.
