Looking for help finding an OEM, or aftermarket replacement... The part number is 16400-61030 but it looks like CDan sold the last OEM back in 2003. Is there another OEM that fits? If not, where can I find an aftermarket replacement? The original is now leaking like a sprinkler and it is beyond repair. It doesn't look like the non a/c OEM (16400-61020) would fit. I read 16400-49356 fits but need to confirm before placing an order.

Core dimensions on mine are 21x17.

TIA

Almost any radiator can be re-cored.

Took it to the radiator shop. They would rather not touch it, it is in such a bad shape.

I pm'd u my ac/radiator guy says same thing find some old school guy to recore it.

I bought a 4 core radiator from Radiator Barn and used a standard size shroud. I just drilled 2 new holes in the AC thingy that mounts in front of the radiator so it could be bolted on. Never had any problem.

Are the tanks real bad? I had my factory A/C radiator re-cored last year at the crusty old guy radiator shop, but it was expensive. I could not fiand an alternatve at the time.

The crusty old guy I am working with is supposed to be best in Kansas City. The other visible problem was the tubs, they had leaks and had previously been worked on. He was hesitant, he had to pull it apart before he confirmed that he can get it fixed with 1 yr warranty. I am getting it re-cored now.

For future reference this part is discontinued, non factory AC radiator does not fit. I have not been able to find an aftermarket that is a direct fit. Re-coring is the only option. It might cost you as much as new but at least it is a guaranteed fit.

Take a look.. the stock AC radiator is bolted to the frame. No relationship to the radiator itself. You can replace the radiator with any aftermarket ot oem that fits in the frame without interfering the AC's radiator.
