Hi Cruisers, need some quick help.

I undid a 10min Bolt, from inside cab, thats about 3 inches forward/1 inch right of the handbreak. It goes straight down. I thought it was part of a bracket for the seat. I cant put the bolt back in? Did I unscrew something critical underneath, that might have shifted? Bolt just does'nt do up, like it has nothing to screw into.
 
Have you got a pic? As far as I know all the seat bracket bolts will be 14 mm heads
Would be easy to slide under with a light and see

That looks like a bracket bolt. Is the head of that bolt 14mm? It may be stripped.
Pull the carpet away from the area. I see fresh cut metal in that pic so the seats are modified brackets?
Can you get a bolt to thread in tight by itself there? Without putting the bolt through the bracket first
