I am new to this site and was originally interested in purchasing a Sequoia or 4R.
I managed to bump into an opportunity to purchase a 2008 Dealer Demo LC with Up Package/loaded with everything.
It has roughly 26,000 miles on it, some rock chips in the bumper, and a roughly 3-5 inch gash/cut in the leather hehind the 2nd row seating. Otherwise, upon initial inspection, everything else is fine.
Dealer is asking $56,000 (plus or minus a few benjamins). Originial price being roughly $72K.
1. What say you LC veterans to this deal? What would be pay for a vehicle in this condition?
and
2. How reliable is a dealer demo going to be? Personally, it makes me nervous, almost more than buying a Certified Used vehicle since it is being sold AS IS with the remaining balance of the new car warranty.
