craigslist Question on 1975 FJ

Wondering if you all have had transactions with a guy from Dallas, named Paul, that flips FJs, specifically if anyone has bought an FJ from him and if not, what you all think of this original paint FJ at 9500? Theres definitely bad rust at the rear Q panel and doors and the inside rear was redone with a rhino lining.

I believe that one was for sale here in Colorado a while back. Price seems high unless it has low miles and the frame is spotless.

spent life in wyoming, but was bestowed to daughter in colorado. patina is awesome and the biggest draw. mileage is 77k. For reference, here is a mud post about paul, which explains why the car didn't live in tx.

update on this: I passed on the truck for a variety of reasons, but the owner, Paul Davidson, despite saying he was just going to restore the truck and didn't need to sell, responded with "thanks for wasting my time." just wanted to put it out there for future potential buyers.
