QUESTION about 1963 FJ40 door regulator

Hello you guys,,,,,,,,,,,,Did the 1963 FJ40 have this type of window regulator?

I see that the regulator changed after 1962.

It may have changed during earlier during 62. Seems I remember Cruiser_Nerd having a 62 he had for parts. I think I remember it having the later window regulators. It was a 62 because I got the dual lens front turn signals off of it. 61 and 62 were the only years that used those turn signals. Toyota seem to make change all thru the year in the early years. I a technical bulletin that has the VIN the ask tray was added and defrost vents added to the windshield. Both during 62 but at different time.

If there was an award for MUDer of the year LITP would get my vote for the first annual award ... Not just because he has a great memory (most days lol ) or because he has vast cruiser knowledge or because he's not a condescending or angry guy ... But... Because he has an acronym for his screen name

JohnnyC,,,,,,,,,You mean like nato, radar, fbi and scuba? I think maybe those are acronym's. He would get my vote as well, for the same reasons. Him and a handful of other mudders.
