Quality of ITM Pistons? (1 Viewer)

I’m laying out a loose plan to build a 2FE for my 60 sometime in the next year or two. I came across a set of ITM .040 over pistons with NPR rings on eBay and I was wondering what the integrity of ITM internal engine parts is. Has anyone had experience with them?

Yes they are fine. But you really want to have your block checked by your machine shop before you buy pistons. Not the other way around

They were the only option at my local machine shop recently. A local guy used them and they’ve been fine. I’m sort of nuts and went to great lengths to source OEM 40 over pistons for my pending rebuild though. Because I hate money and try to get rid of as much of it as I can.
