It was more a case of not needing the suspension than not wanting it.
When I bought my '19 460 Premium, a similarly priced Luxury model was at least two years older with 15-25k more miles (I bought at the height of crazy used car prices last year). I knew I had plans to lift in down the road and I knew I didn't care for the 8 ohm ML sound system in my GX470, so I couldn't justify paying $5k+ more for the Luxury.
For what it's worth, my '19 Premium trim level has rear HVAC, 3 zone climate, heated rear seats, heated/ventilated front seats, etc. Only thing my Premium doesn't have is the air suspension, adjustable dampening shocks, and ML sound.
