We intend to be a bit more formal about safety this upcoming year, so I'm collecting cell phone numbers and ICE (in case of emergency) info from all attendees - drivers and passengers.

If you are going to wheel or ride shotgun on this event, you need to PM me your cellphone number (so we can hunt you down, if you're running late on arrival ;p) and your ICE info (so we can call someone to come GET YOU, if you misbehave ).

I will send everyone a reply PM with my cell phone number, so that you can hassle me if you like.


Also, every Cruiser should plan to have a CB radio or FRS radio for this event. If you don't have either, then also let me know that in your PM to me. We can arrange for you to borrow a radio for the weekend.

OK Gang, we got everyone checked in. Good job!

So the plan is for the AM group to meet at NOON at the park next to the rendezvous gas station. The PM group is going to meet at 4PM.

Please don't be late as this will impact the amount of time we can be on the trail. We need to keep a schedule in order to arrive at the campsite well before sunset. And with so many trucks in the AM group it will be a challenge to keep the pace up.

I'll leave the rest of the logistics up to ClemsonCruiser & trollhole.

sounds good, Dan. I'll have my ever-sharp, halloweengrade machete and a couple of collapsable crosscut saws.
