I got my Eaton lockers at Trail Gear during Black Friday 2 years ago which was under $2300 for both and front rear, which looks like they are running a deal right now.

How much can one expect to pay for installation ? Roughly ?I got my Eaton lockers at Trail Gear during Black Friday 2 years ago which was under $2300 for both and front rear, which looks like they are running a deal right now.

I took out the 3rds myself. I had them delivered to Zuk for install and re-geared with super polished 4.88s (no break in period needed), all Toyota bearings and races. You can find a 4x4 shop to do them for about $400 labor each side. However, keep in mind that you will need to remove your axles and this is where I decided to do a knuckle rebuild and replace all tie rod ends. So, overall for me, doing as much labor as possible myself I came shy to $5k grand total when it was all said and done (parts and all). How much can one expect to pay for installation ? Roughly ?
Depends, a lot of shops will bake in knuckle rebuilds as part of the process since everything has to come apart anyway. Most quotes will usually be about $1000-$1500 in labor for regear and locker install. How much can one expect to pay for installation ? Roughly ?
