Gents,

After a long search the wait is over and I am the new owner of a 07 LX. I couldn't be more happy with the rig and the seller. He was a 70+ guy from Las Vegas and the rig has never seen snow/ off road (according to him). Ive gained a tremendous amount of knowledge from this site and with the buyers guide had an idea what to look for. After flying out to meet him and see the rig, It was even nicer than I imagined. No rust, engine bay spotless, everything inside works great, seats show little sign of wear, etc.

Ive since drove from Vegas to Denver (which is where I am now), and now the rig has seen a good amount of snow as the pass was dumping last night. So far on the first leg of the trip, I couldn't be happier with how the rig has performed! At some point today I will drive to Omaha to pick up a crib from the wife's parents house (just found out our fist child is on way). Then I will be driving from Omaha to Virginia to close out the weekend and hopefully make it back for the wildcard game (go hawks).

Anyways, sorry for rambling. I just wanted to introduce myself and my new rig to the forum!!

~Ryan

Congrats on your new baby and expecting baby, you must be excited. The 100's drive great in all weather/road condition, but watch for the ice today in/out of Denver.

Nice Lx you were fortunate to find one with that low mileage and in such good condition! Enjoy!

congrats on the new rig @Ryan Carroll !!! what was the purchase price? you have a lot of life left in that rig with only 50k on the clock! awesome way to get acquainted with the new rig doing a cross country trip, safe travels!

Give your new rig a treat for the road. Put a can 44K (NAPA parts) in he gas tank, she'll/He'll love it.

Wow. Nice. 49k miles? I'm jelly.

Very excited, and I will be careful. I stayed an extra day here in Denver. Replaced my wipers and ill put a can in tomorrow some time. Thanks for advice.

Awesome. Just sold my wife's LX a few months ago when we moved. Now, guess what she wants again? Yep, an LX. Those things are tanks; I can not even begin to describe how well made they are. That thing will last you a lifetime.

Thanks again guys. I'm coming from a lifted tundra on 35's and the LX ride quality is so much nicer.

Congrats! Looks purty. Did the 70+ guy buy a 200?
not that I know of.

When I arrived back in Virginia Beach I threw some toyo at2 extremes on. I only have about 500 miles on them, but so far so good. They are louder than stock tires though.
