Check out helmarparts.com ....their prices are a little better for some of the main components...for instance the VFF30 block off valves are like 30 bux. So far I have been pretty happy with their service.

dual curve box, its a little black box that allows you to run 2 separate timing curves depending on what fuel you are using, most early and late ignition systems require something of the sort to run different octane fuels, on my carbed gm v-8 fj60, I just had to get the lighter springs for timing advance in the dizzy to get it to run both lpg and gasoline effectively. but on a efi system you have to set up 2 different timing curves, the lpg will take about 7 deg more advance than the gas(I think?) that way you are getting the most out of both fuels.

this thread needs a little eye candy,here's a pic of a dual fuel v-8 in a 60

Did you have it listed on craigslist? If so I saw it when I was looking for the one I bought.

Thank you guys for all the response. It is going to be a slow learning process to get it done due to the lack of time. But in my reading I noticed someone had the idea of running propane on a daily basis and instead of using a dual curve box they just carried a can of oct ane boost in case they couldn't find propane anywhere close..

just do it right the first time and you will never ever have to worry about stuff like having octane boost on hand, a little research goes a long way:doh:
