How about CMCC this year? I'm about to sent in my $$$ as I actually have a Cruiser to wheel this year! Might even try for the FG myself as I didn't make it last year.

Nick

Coal Miner is on my calendar this year.

It moved under it's own power today. :bounce: Enough to go around the corner and run out of gas. Then continue to run like crud from the crap it dredged up.................. And the cheap-ass Chevy alternator doesn't work........................wonder if they'll take it back after three years....:bang:

Fairly productive day, even got a Bestop most of the way on. Bleed and adjust the brakes, I'll be good to go.................after fixing the carb and alternator. :D

Should I bring some unobtainium hubcaps for ya to borrow for CMCC too?! :p

Nick

Yes............. I will not be held responsible for any damage or loss. ;) See you there Nick.

Hood hinges with stainless pins.

I finally got around to ordering mine since I was replacing the hood pads. Mine were drilled out to to 3/8 so I got those in the 2 1/4 length. Fit and finish is nice. I'll probably get a nylon washer like you noted to take up the slack. Looks alot better than the rusted bolt holding the hinges together.

:beer::beer:

Truck isn't done, but I'm going to call this thread done. 3 1/2 years. Pictures from the original Ebay auction and some for the insurance company.

not so krusty;), it would be cool to see it in person. I'm taking my family back to CT (my old home) in the fall, maybe we'll get a chance to meet.

VERY NICE!

Now we need to see some pics of it on the trail from the FG this year.

Nick

Nice. You're still way ahead of us in completing resto's :D

Awesome thread!

The truck looks great.:):):):):) It is amazing to me how similar my 63 FST is in some places.

Thanks! Just reread the thread myself. I have to admit it's darn nice to just be able to jump in and drive whenever I want. :)

Still wearing it's Yankee Toys colors!

Believe it only took a dip over the axles in the garage....been way deeper than that before. Didn't look at the timespan here, but I did have a while to get my feet wet with this rig.
