we got the main work done on the body! Braced it and then cut it! Now those parts are on the new stretched frame!!

So now we have the body in place we are going to start mocking up the trans and t-case. So a NV4500 and an Atlas 4speed are in order! These will mated to a custom TPI Chevy V8!!

Nice! Looking great. Love the work y'all do.

Look at that atlas!

Make sure you have the cast steel NV4500 tail housing. Don't think the aluminum one would hold up to the weight of that atlas.

I love the filled-in firewall!! This is some bad ass stuff!

Clean...

The mating process!! We are trying to get the drivetrain as low as possible, as far back as possible with keeping a flat belly. The atlas will hang down a little from the frame but we have link mounts down there as well, We can build a flat skid using the trans mount and link mounts as skid mounts. At least thats the idea!

Very sweet :smokin:

That's a slick way to mount up that load leveler. I've got the same one. Don't you hate that little black handle?

Thanks!! Yes the handle is a pain so we cut it of and welded a lug nut to it! Now its air activated!!

Duh, that's a hell of a good idea. Even with a ratchet, it'd be way easier to adjust with a load.

Keep it up Justin!
