Price check : 2000 land cruiser with 72k miles

I'm new to 100 series, can anyone tell me an estimate is should pay for a 2000 land cruiser with 72k miles and timing belt already done ?

A year ago today , I paid $14k for a 98 LX with 56,900 miles, T-belt done but not wp. Since then demand has risen and I feel $16k would be fair as long as there is no rust underneath.

BTW some knucklehead has a 99 LX with 56k on ebay asking $20,900

It does seem like a lot of coin for an "older" vehicle. I think these rigs had an original sticker of close to $60k though if that helps your thought process...

We are looking at a '99 LX470 w/ 139k miles with an asking price of $11k. It sounds like you got a smoking deal, whereas the rig I am looking at might be right at fair market value?

I paid $17K for a `98 with 76K miles.. It was the color I wanted with the rear locker dif. I probably paid a little high but I didn't want to pass up on this vehicle.
