Picking up a grey top made by Trollhole a few years back, never used. I think (hope) it will look something like the pic below, color scheme wise. Apologies if this is your picture, I just grabbed it from somewhere. I simply could not bring myself to go with the lighter white canvas that is available.

Am liking this top. It attaches magnetically at the bottom. Nice since this rig is otherwise a hard top and it won't need extra holes.

One tiny problem, the tire carrier bumper hits the magnetic strip. It can still latch, but I don't want to wear a hole in the canvas.

Keith, is it just a trick of the light, or has the carrier already made a dent in the bottom of the passenger saloon door?

No dents on the bottom, but it has (sometime in the past 57 years) picked up a dent in the top from the spare tire frame's bumper. The doors weren't fully closed in the pics. It looks better when they are.

A girl needs her accessories, and I got the left one of these for Miss Kitty in post 126. But with another rig comes more needs. @ToyotaMatt advertised the brown corded emergency light on the right as NOS, and it did not disappoint.

As firstborn I think she'll get it.

You learn something new every day. @dmamj found this early NOS Tokairika (TR) 5 fuse block and wondered if it was for a Land Cruiser.

The "PT 20" marking at the bottom of the cover threw him. He researched it and deduced it's from a Toyota Corona PT 20.

Here's an early 5 fuse OEM FJ40L fuse cover. Notice the top down orientation of the fuses are flipped. I think the same block was installed in both vehicles, and only the covers were unique, to guide the placement of the correct amperage fuses.
[edit, see correction in following post]

This should help early Land Cruiser folks plunder the Corona crowd's parts.
Thanks Dan, you the man!

The circuit markings on the 40 one are confusing. Wiper switch always powered?

Don't know. But now I notice the Corona fuse block is different. In it one bus bar serves 3 items, vs the FJ40L, where there are two two item bus bars.

2 + 2 + 1
Perhaps you could fabricate a correct fuse block from a Corona block by severing the inspection light/horn circuit from the three item bus and threading it.

Man, you can search the 7 corners of the earth looking for those colored fuses. How does he do it?!

Miss Kitty out standing in her field. A maiden trip to a spot by the river, previously occupied by blackberries.

Am making a camping spot. Parts of the movie "Stand by Me" were filmed here. Here's the view:

Is it near the back harlow rd!! Top 10 movie for me’
@whitey45 Why yes, yes it is (at least in the story line). At least three scenes were shot there. The camp fire scene, a train scene (filmed with a narrow gage track laid just for the movie, and the finale.
My neighbor has a distinctive tree seen in the movie that survives to this day. I'll get you a picture.
He also has a vein of cobbles in his soil that he thinks were trucked in for the movie.
