Need to be careful if ordering parts from some ebay vendors, there are counterfeit parts out there.

Least hassle IME would be your local Toyota dealer where you've developed a business relationship (important for returns)
Safest would be to buy your parts from any US Toyota dealer (for US based buyers)
Partsouq (UAE, probably the quickest if ordering from the US)
Amayama (Japan, takes longer but sometimes finds things Partsouq doesn't have available)

I order parts from this dealer regularly, good prices and good inventory. Shipping can get expensive depending on what you’re buying and where you’re located.

Another vote for Amayama, with Partsouq as backup. Sometimes one will be significantly cheaper than the other. 95% of the time, both beat the hell out of any us dealer price, even with shipping—which gets cheaper per item as the total goes up. Try to keep orders under $800 to avoid import duty.
