Precut EPDM Rubber Kits?

Does anyone know of preferred resources for EPDM rubber to go between body parts/hinges/exterior bolts, metal to metal surfaces that are bolted to the FJ40? No luck with searches so far, but are there are precut kits available?

There is pre-cut stuff available for purchase on ebay from some guy in Middle America, I think he's in Nebraska, but I have no personal experience with the product.

Couldn't find the nebraska guy, but here are some option from a vendor in the Netherlands.
