I want to get back into something fun, been looking at various craigslist ads for broncos, fj40s, and 66-72 suburbans. With a baby on the way I refuse to fall in that same loop of getting a family friendly wagon 
. I ditched my 84 FJ60 and I'm looking to build a daily driver. With orders possibly back to CA I don't want to relive the hassle thus my need for 75 and under!
Looking for something better off mechanically than cosmetic. Everything is up in the air right now so I'll say I want to spend around $6-7k but willing to add more for better off examples.

Yes, it's a CA number but I'm stationed in MS right now. For emails, please include areas of rust/sills/floor pans/and any other rust prone areas as well as the general exterior/interior bit.
Please provide a build description as well, any mechanical work that's been done or that needs finishing.
