PPI help - 200 series in Charlotte (2 Viewers)

I'm in the market for a 18+ LC and wanted to see if anyone knows anything about this rig? Lots of stickers on the back window and the rake doesn't appear stock, so I'm hoping it might be a forum member or a friend of one. I'm in Texas but willing to travel for the right truck. Looking to replace my 100 series:

That's stock rake on heritage edition

Have you pulled the Toyota owner's service history on it? I'd be curious why the fuel tank was drained and cleaned back in 2020; did someone accidentally put diesel in it? I'm only going off the Carfax: https://www.carfax.com/VehicleHisto...506.994890589.1684158033-482076817.1684158032

Unfortunately, I'm about 90 minutes away, so I can't quickly get to it. Perhaps someone in the CLT metro can chime in.
