My PS pump is leaking pretty bad and I need to get it fixed. I pulled up the FSM and found that there is 1 seal and 6 o-rings to replace. Does anyone sell a kit to replace all of these? I see that Specter Offroad (sor.com, part 099-22D) has a gasket kit for the steering pump... I'm assuming that's everything, but I'm still waiting to hear back from them on it.

Does anyone else know where to get a kit for all seals/gaskets/orings in there that could be leaking... if I'm taking it apart I might as well replace everything.

Thanks in advance!

Are you pretty sure it is the pump leaking itself or could it be one of the hoses, one of the connections, etc?? Has your pump or any hoses ever been off or replaced, etc??

Reason I ask:
I also had a leak from that general area noticed by the mechanic while doing other work; Stealer said, $1200, need a new pump, need new seals, etc, etc. And they said (this is good) "the last person to work on that pump used the wrong sealant, that is why it is leaking--". I say, well, you guys replaced the pump two years ago, then I said no thank you to the repair and drove off.

Storytime: I had that pump replaced, same dealer as above, a couple of years before; a few months later I noticed just a tiny amount of seepage, just enough to make the area wet with ATF. Assumed it was a hose going bad; then it got worse, then worse, and then real bad, ATF everywhere, so time to fix it. After cleaning it all off to see what was what, I found that the leakage was just coming from where the high pressure hose connects to the pump. A banjo washer is used at that connection. I determined that the Stealer who did the original pump replacement had reused the old bango crush-type washer (which is not to be reused) when they buttoned it up while installing the new pump a couple of years before. Problem solved for the cost of a new Banjo washer.

Good luck.
