I've known I had a power steering leak for a while, I finally got around to adding UV dye to confirm it was coming from the hoses. It look's like an actual seal on the pump is leaking, do I need to replace it?

Buy the gates kit, and rebuild the pump yourself, there are alot of threads on how to do it if you search.

Just did this back in October. Took my time with the whole process but it was pretty straight forward using threads from MUD. I used the gates kit and replaced all PS hoses at the same time. Figured if I was taking the pump out might as well do it all at once. If you don’t feel like digging into just yet you can just keep filling it up with PS fluid as it gets low...think I ran like that for about a month or two before doing the rebuild.

looks like the o-ring on the low pressure line, might be the back side of the pump. could do the line o-ring, clean and check again
