Anybody have part numbers for a power steering conversion using a toyota truck box?

I have stock fj60 pump mounted in the stock location on a 2F in my FJ40.

I have a 1984 toyota 4x4 truck box mounted to the frame with an adapter.

The FJ60 high pressure hose I kept as a sample during the conversion is about a foot too long.

Anybody done this conversion and what hoses did you use?

Thanks

I did a power steering with RHD sag box and mini pump, my problem was that I needed different ends ,metric on the pump and standrad on the box.
So I took the hoses to a Hydrolic shop and had them cut to the desired lenght and coupled to gether . They used 2 female fittings on the hoses and connector.
It worked out good, because I could get the lenght I wanted and I can disconnect the hoses at the coupling where I can drain the fluid to to a container.Less mess.

Thanks boysrus and vicm. I am going the custom route and calling psc motorsports tomorrow.

Take your FJ60 hose to a parts store that can make hydraulic hoses, and have them shorten it a foot.

There is no need for "special" hoses due to a Toyota pump and Saginaw box, or vice versa.

Several places will make you hoses, i did the mini truck conversion, measured the length i needed, called Napa and they had them. Measure and call around, you will find what you are looking for.

If you have availability/fitting problems with any other vender, we have even more choices than shown on our website.
(a) We have the 5/8 and 11/16 SAE flare fittings.
(b) We have the 16mm and 18mm metric o-ring fittings.
(c) We have the 16mm and 17mm fittings needed for FJ60's.
