Hi all, picked up a decent condition 2014 200 series about 6 months ago now and working through all of the issues. Have spent about £5k on brake components, springs, and underbody rust treatment. Overall in decent condition but looks like it’s had a hard like with salted roads up north in the uK. Mostly surface rust but a few seized components that have primarily now been fixed. The major gripe I have is the power steering. What can only be described as intermittent heavy steering and difficult to replicate. I can sometimes drive 300 miles without an issue but other days 10 miles will kick it in. It doesn’t feel like a full steering failure but heaviness off centre. I’ve now figured out it only occurs once at temperature ie. Starting from cold it will never be present. Pump was replaced with new OEM as tech thought it may have been a sticking solenoid but unfortunately the issue remains. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated to at least narrow down this gremlin
