You will need a puller to remove the Harmonic Balancer (aka Crank Pulley) and a big breaker bar and 43mm? socket. You will also need a puller to pull the timing gear if you are going to replace the thin paper gasket behind the timing gear plate. The timing gear plate has a brass oiler thingy screwed in it. If the threads of the oiler are screwed too far through the plate, then the thin paper gasket cannot do it's job and it will leak..ask me how I know. I watched/helped with the repair of one of mine and it is a PITA. There was some concern about getting the cam and distributor out of time. As I recall the mechanic removed the fuel pump and blocked the cam from moving with a big screwdriver. Also, there are short and long 10 mm bolts on the timing gear cover and there IS an order to how they go. Good luck!
