Onur, hello. I found one in Japan. On ebay of all things. Lucky find!
I would like to take credit for the work, but 99% is through the good efforts of Tor Slinning, Josh, Adam and the crew at Torfab. Great guys and Tor has a BJ 74 - LHD conversion and 12H-T on board. Y'all need to get some more Spanish/Portagee MWBs into the Pacific Northwest so we can start a club, tribe, gang, etc.Ward, Burrito is look great! Fantastic work!
That POR15 is amazing stuff.

Cannot tell ya what a pleasure it is to drive a 7X with LHD - thanks for making the effort to bring in the leftys.
wish i could make it chris but i'll be at chuckecheese for a little ones birthday party. Id love to to make it up sometime though. dont remember seeing a welder at your place have you got that part covered? i could load mine up in the truck sometime if you need help welding the frame mounts.
Do you have set of frame mounts from a h powered 70 series or are you going to need to fab some up? also the exhaust manifold is it steel or cast?
nice swap ..
If I may recommend .. while you have your new ( to you ) 1HD-T out replace those small water hoses for the CT26 cooling circuit, and while you are around there the wastegate hose too ..
if the exhaust manifold is cast then i would just drill and tap it for a pyro probe. welding the cast wont be an option. Now that i think about i think i recall you telling me you had new mounts for it when we met. in that case it should be relatively easy.
What's going to happen with the 5 cylinder VM?
Work was interrupted by morning delivery. 1983 BJ45. Nice interruption!View attachment 921894
