I can see FB Marketplace now: "Lightly used 5th wheel, only been to Pismo one time. No low-ball offers, I know what I got.".
Floods, trees falling on your junk, hitting a deer, are treated as "Acts of God" under your comprehensive policy which given the value of all that hardware I'd guess they have and should be covered.
When we used to go, I always checked the tides and made sure I was 40-50 yards away from the high tide debris line but I am not sure that would have worked in this case.
