So... I now it has probably been covered somewhere, But what paint would one use to color match the interior of an LX450 headliner sand color?
And/or the tan trim?

best way is go to a auto paint store they will need to match the colour, use vinyl paint i use concepts. spray can $20 then use a wiping alchohol to dissolve the styrene left on the surface, spray, no undercoat needed so long as you wipe with alchohol.

I received mine today! I guess I should have waited another day.

My wife said something came today so it might be this.
Let me know if yours mounts up correctly. The two holes on mine don't quite match up to my grab handle holes. Also, the grab handle is going to interfere with the top of the gauge holder. Are the grab handles different between the 93-94s and the post 95's?
