I haven't updated this thread in a while but I did just replace the radiator due to a split/leak at the top (at 255,000 miles). Also had them go ahead and do a remanufactured steering rack at the same time as mine was starting to show it's age with a weird sloppy spot at dead center believed to be from a worn internal valve. $2,250 at an indie Toyota Specialist shop.
