I am looking to get new aftermarket rims, I really like the JDM style, but not the price. Therefore, I was looking at the SCS F5 Bronze but in an 18inch setup.

Kudos if its River Rock green but I'll take whatever, thanks!

(PS - I did try search, I promise, I could only find 16inch pictures, but happy to be proven wrong!)

Bronze seems to blend with any color. The thing with SCS F5 wheels is they are lightweight and weigh only 18.6 lbs. They are 16" rims. They are about reducing rotational mass at the wheel.

Hmm. No 18inch?

I’ve heard that if I get new shoes, I might as well go to 18 since 16 is becoming harder to find. 18 are also better for handling which is what I need as she’s my daily.

F5s are only 16 that I know about. Now there are other fine SCS wheels in larger sizes for 5 lugs.

What size tires are you going to run? I'm on the stock AHC and was thinking of getting the F5 in 18" with 275/70/18 - just not sure if they will fit and having a hard time finding info on these wheels in 18" since it used to be 16" only

I’d confirm with SCS that they fit a 100 specifically. +25 is fine for offset, will be similar to a stock rim with 1.25" spacers (+28)

Edit:

24.5lbs isn't bad for an 18.

Here is my RRG with 285/75-16s on SCS F5s.. 2.5” lift with OME bars and 860 springs. Yep, it rubbed, but just on the plastic, heat gun was able to fix that. Not sure why 18s would be an advantage?

Confirming with them won't do you a bit of good.

I personally refuse to ever deal with them again, so be careful on what they say. Speak to previous buyers for more reliable information if you choose that brand.

I will be buying another set of Bronze F5s 6-lug for my 2000 Tundra. I've been happy with the light weight and simple design. I get into a lot of mud and they are easy to clean.
