ForealBoreal, I really like this size with my "low lift" springs. Gives the truck more than enough ground clearance for the kind of country I drive in and handles well on pavement. I've been thinking about going down to 235/85r16 for the next set, but more than likely will stick with 255's, but switch to Toyo M-55's - we have a set of 285/75r16 M-55's on one of our trucks at work and they are holding up really well and are almost as grippy as the MT.
psfpilot, when I got these MT's they had just come out, so I couldn't find anybody within 200 miles that could even order them. I bought them from treadepot.com and had them shipped to my local tire shop for mounting.
I'm running 265 Revo for DD and the occasional ski and offroad trip. Gas milage has suffered compared to the stock Michelins, but it is a grat all around/mild offroad AT tire.
Get the rims powder coated. It can also be color matched. I have a commercial account with a local powder coater and can get the rims done cheap.

Sprayed the inner spokes, looks identical to the 40th anniversary wheels with painted logo on the center caps

Nice, Please post pictures mounted on car.
Damn that white rig is hot!! Any wheels similar to those in style and color. I immediately researched them and they are expensive. Also, what the stats on that rig?
