could someone please post a pic of your pedal box showing your return spring locations. I stripped mine over 2 years ago and am having trouble getting it looking happy.

I am also not sure if the springs I have were not changed but the previous owner.

And the springs look correct ?
The hole you referring to is it for the clutch pedal? I see a hole inline with the clutch pedal. Not one there for the break pedal.

Grant, you don’t say what year your rig is, but that spring does not look like the ones in my ‘64. Mine both have a long hook on one end. I’ll see if I can get a picture.

Like so. Mine are not stretched much at all when the pedals are pulled up.

Also, the holes mine are attached to are farther inside. A bit of the dash just under the instrument cluster. Hope this helps.

Here's the one on my (left-hand drive) 1980. Goes to a hole in the dash board return lip, just to the right of the steering column. It's a fairly straight shot from the pedal to the hole, though it may not look like it from the camera angle.
