Part numbers for a 1990 PZJ70 Landcruiser

need a source of all the part numbers for my 1990 PZJ70 Cruiser . I need to order various parts. we have a pdf service manual but the individual parts do not show the number for ordering the correct part. Also i need the owners operating manual

Also look in the Resources tab at the top of the page, there are a lot of manuals posted there. In addition to the websites @Felde posted above, I find the part number cross reference tool at toyodiy.com to be very useful.
