I'd love one for my 01, but I don't have a cassette deck any more. Mine is a non-nav and I swapped out the factory deck for a single din aftermarket. Is there any hope for my truck?

Unfortunately I don't see a may to make it work on non-nav trucks. Your best option is probably one of the ram arms that attaches to the passenger seat mount.
Thanks for the order! It's shipping today. When I first sold these, I was painting them so I didn't need SS. Now that they come unfinished, maybe I'll consider it. What machinery do you have for cutting?

I am going to order one of these today! One question, when you are ordering the ball from RAM, are y'all providing the nut, washer, and bolt? Just finding something that fits at Home Depot/Lowes?

I have this on my night stand and it is very small. Hoping it'll fit right in the middle of the large RAM mount.

The ball I ordered did not come with nut. But I do not know if that is the case with all of them. I accidentally had a nut that fit. I am also unsure about the thread length on the different balls, but the one I got was just a little too short for my liking. It works and is holding, but I would have liked to put a lock washer on and have a thread or two coming through the nut.
This is what I have at the end of mine. I am not sure about a tablet, as the phone is plenty. Dual phone and tablet may happen before HIH this year.

With that charger you linked, it might actually work with the holder I have. That holder is adjustable and I think it just might work. I need to open the dash back up and install a usb plug instead of the cigarette lighter anyway. I could do run the cable for that charger at the same time.

I believe the nut and is 1/4-20 and you'll want two washers of the same size. Should be about $2 or less at lowes/home Depot in the hardware section..
If you order before 2pm MST I can get it in the mailbox today. If after that it won't go out until Monday (I'll be on vacation this weekend).

Anyone have pics of this mount with an iPad Mini 4 mounted up? How did you mount it? Which holder did you use?
Finally got mine in! Ran into some issues trying to get the screws out when removing the tape deck. I bought JIS screwdrivers but needed more torque to break them loose. In the end, a 0 Philips with a drill got them out.
I used mine for my iPhone X. I attached a wireless charger to avoid having to plug my phone in every time to charge. I’ll run the cord through the tape deck when I finally get the VAIS down the road.

FYI I'm officially sold out of these. I plan to get more in stock soon, but I'm going to make the tongue about 1/4" longer so the same mount will work with the GX.

No need. I do runs of 20 and they sell relatively slowly now that most who wanted one got one. I'll update when I get more in stock and they will most likely be there for a little while.

Haha! I haven't even seen a tape in probably 5+ years. I'm hoping to have the next run done in a couple weeks. I'm working on a few other sketches for a new product that are taking up a lot of time though, and metal is getting hard to find reasonably, so we'll see.
