I was gifted a set of OTC pullers, and on first use, the swivel base of a tie-rod puller fractured. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, but because I have no proof of purchase, they would do nothing for me. I know they are not Snap On, but at least back your product up. Not recommended.

Operator error??

I had an OTC jack with a lifetime warranty. The seals started leaking in under a year. OTC said the hydraulics weren't covered by the warranty but they could sell me a new pump to fix it. The pump cost more than the jack. I went and bought a Harbor Freight and it's been going strong for a decade. OTC may have been good once but the new stuff is junk.

OTC is now owned by Bosch. Bosch's customer support ends about the same time your check clears the bank. Mechanic I know had one of their fuel management diagnostic tools take a dive and they said since it was not plugged into a dedicated GFCI outlet in his shop they would not cover any repairs to it.
