This posting is for a long block only. so valve cover to oil pans no accessories. The block has been hot tanked then machined for flatness. Bored .50 over OEM pistons and rings will be installed. New OEM bearings on the rods and crank. The head has been cleaned and checked for cracks. Three way valve grind and OEM valve guide seals installed. Head has been machined for flatness. Head is assembled and valves adjusted by machinist. New timing cover with oil pump, new chain, tensioner, sprockets, and slipper/dampner. will paint the block then install OEM head gasket with ARP head studs. New oil cooler cover and used oil cooler installed. Oil pans installed with new front and rear main seal. All parts are OEM nothing aftermarket at all. New hardware for most of the assembly all JIS. New OEM harmonic balancer. Oil pan can have a turbo oil return AN10 welded for an extra $200 if you want to have a future oil drain ready to go for a turbo. Fitting will be provided with a cap. Shipping is available Last one I shipped to San Diego area from Oregon was $700 each way. I ship them on a standard pallet so you would need a way to unload it. I would require a core deposit as I want your old motor if it’s available. So I can keep rebuilding these and putting them out for the MUD community. Pm me or ask questions here for full transparency. This is the 20th plus rebuild I have completed. Motors are $9000 with a $1500 refundable core. Additional $300 to build a crate to ship for those that need shipping. Thanks Wes

More. I can make these for a 93-94 obd1 or for 95-97 obd2 easily changed in the timing gear set and upper oil pan with the crank position sensor.

Hiya, noob to engine swap adventuring so pardon the basic questions.

I have a '91 Troopy in need of powerplant upgrade solutionizing and CO front range reg/emissions doesn't smile on a 1HZ w/ turbo swap into my grey market veh. (so just listed it- For Sale - Refreshed 1HZ w/Turbo - https://forum.ih8mud.com/threads/refreshed-1hz-w-turbo.1349696/)

-Is this (with gen 2 associated intake etc.) the 240hp/300ftlb torque version of the 1FZ-FE?
-Are the associated parts easily sourced to compete a swap?
-will my existing 5sp manual trans, mate up to this motor with relative ease?
thanks for your insight and time.

I'm curious, why did you not hone the block and the head on the engine in your photos?
why are you saying I did not have the block honed?
How do you hone a head?
Every engine builder hones the cylinder after boring to clean up any imperfections. You can clearly see the new cross hatching marks on the cylinder walls.

Sorry, I meant to say decking the block and head surfaces.

The block and head have booth been machined flat. No worries.
