Just curious how others feel about the subject. Is it appropriate to post the TLCA phone in number and conferecne ID code in an open public forum as it is in the TLCA Elections thread? Do we have any control over who might be listening in? I know there are not State secrets we are discussing here but it would seem to me that we should maintain some sort of control.

For the record, I have no issue with any TLCA member attending the call. It's non-members I am concerned about.

Edit: Ross has deleted the contact information in his O.P. The call in information is available to any TLCA member by contacting their chapter delegate, I. R., or elected officer.

TLCA BOD conference call meetings are open to any TLCA member. To my knowledge, there was never a problem with non-members listening, and during my time on the board since 2002 there has never been a disruption by a non-board member.

During my tenure as President I have always made it clear that even non-BOD members who are TLCA members will be given floor time if they wish. No state secrets, this is your club, all of us. Everyone has a voice.

Frankly, I have been very happy with the civility and businesslike discourse we have had during our teleconference meetings. We breeze through our business, get the job done and move on to our lives outside of TLCA.

Happy cruisin'!
