Too far north. Too far east.
My 4Runner has been running great lately. No issues. Good power (all relative to a 22RE). Until last night coming home from the gym. I hear this faint noise. Sounds like an exhaust leak. Then something blows. I'm thinking header gasket. After all the flange is warped. So today, armed with a new gasket I pop the hood ... and find this.

Time for a new one. I hear there is a Hundy for sale

I think the Hundy would be a bit more than a new header. Ordered a new Doug Thorley. Hopefully they haven't changed in the last 15 years and will bolt right up.

"faint noise"?? That's a wicked crack!
On the bright side, the flange wont be warped anymore?

How many miles on the header that cracked? I am pretty sure you got your money's worth out of it!

I'm guessing it's around 15-20 years old. I did get my $$ worth out of it.

Just weld it up with some big ugly welds.

Donedeal. Of course the flange didn't line up and I needed a trip to the muffler shop. Much quieter too.

Hmmm. Thought the new would come with a turbo...:meh:

Do they make mini-turbos I can run off the Ox fitting?

Leaf blower?
