Here is the recipe that’s worked best for me so far. Cook at 525* on a 1/4” piece of steel, letting the oven be at temp for 30 minutes or so.
I really like the Bianca DiNapoli Organic crushed tomatoes (28oz can) then add 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp oregano and 3 tsp basil and that’s it. Also do 1/2 low moisture skim milk mozzarella and 1/2 low moisture whole milk mozzarella blocks, shredding it myself.
